Fantastic Location for Theme Parks

The location was perfect for visiting Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Our room was spacious and clean, featuring a microwave and mini-fridge which were great for keeping drinks cool. The breakfast each morning offered a good variety of hot options, which was a nice start to our day.

Some facilities looked a bit worn.

The lobby was lovely and smelled divine! Our location was spot on for Busch Gardens, making it a breeze to visit. Breakfast was decent, but a bit more protein wouldn't hurt!

But, darling, the shower drain was on a permanent vacation and toiletries were smaller than my purse! Who knew shampoo could delight a pixie, though?

Though the location was fantastic and the front desk staff welcoming, the hotel could use significant improvements. The room was clean but the housekeeping was lacking, and there were issues like moldy bathroom curtains and a broken shower door that detracted from our experience.

The location hits the nail on the head with its proximity to major attractions, making it easy to hop over to the nearby theme park. The room comes with a 42-inch flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge, perfect for chilling your drinks after a long day.

Cleaning could use a serious upgrade. there's dust lurking in corners and some strange sticky substance on the floor that's not going anywhere without a good scrubbing. Other guests have complained about the pool area being less than pristine, and there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which feels like an outdated oversight. Plus, the phone in the room was out of commission during the entire stay, which can be more of a headache than you'd think.

staying here exceeded my expectations for a perfect father-daughter getaway. my previous visit to williamsburg was mediocre, but this place had comfortable beds and a great atmosphere. it was also conveniently located near busch gardens, making it ideal for our fun trip.
